Acceptance
This version of the UKKS Bi-Law was accepted and ratified on September 21, 2024 and shall go into effect January 1, 2025. Any amendments will be proposed in writing to the governing board. Proposal must include submitter's name, a justification for the change and proposal of new rule. Proposals maybe submitted to any board member to be presented for consideration at the next meeting. If approved a voting record will be attached to the request and added to the BI-laws as an addendum. If denied, a voting record will be attached to the request document. The document will then be kept on file.
