Amendments

This section outlines the process for proposing, reviewing, and implementing changes

to the governing rules and regulations of the Unified Kempo Karate System.

It ensures that the organization remains adaptable while maintaining the integrity of its core principles.

Section 1: Proposal of Amendments

Any current paid member of the UKKS or any member of the Board of Directors may propose amendments to these bylaws.

Section 2: Adoption of Amendments

Proposed amendments must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the members present at the AGM or a special meeting called for that purpose.
